We meet at 12:00 p.m. at the Boppard-Herschwiesen hiking car park (Herschwiesen fairground). There is plenty of space to park your car here.
We start the Hasenkammer dream loop there and hike through the region's orchards. The apple trees are still cultivated here. After visiting the small museum, the hike takes you through quiet forests with gentle slopes and occasional viewpoints, creating a peaceful, idyllic atmosphere.

The highlight of the tour is in Udenhausener Schweiz: rock formations tower above you as the terrain opens up, offering captivating views of the Hunsrück and Eifel mountains. WanderPeter, the experienced guide, explains the flora, fauna, and regional history in a vivid way, gives orientation tips, and makes sure that no one feels lost. He shows how to respect nature and at the same time move through this landscape as a guest.

During a longer break at a wayside chapel, we surprise you with a regional delicacy. Drinking water and seating help you gather new strength.

After refreshments, the trail continues: gentle inclines, shady sections, and two stream crossings, with benches inviting you to linger. WanderPeter once again explains the landscape and local history, bringing nature to life in his narration, ideal for families and friends who want to gather new impressions together.

The tour ends at the fairground, between 4 and 5 p.m., depending on the group's hiking pace. Here you will have the opportunity to give feedback and hear further hiking suggestions. In Boppard (town), you will have the opportunity to enjoy a good dinner.
