- As per the attraction's regulations, please provide each participant's full name, ideally as on their passport, during booking.
- Each ticket is nominative and can “only” be used by the assigned participant.
- For the verification process, you must present a valid passport or identification during the activity
- An infant and/or child must be accompanied by at least one adult to complete the booking.
- Entry Ticket(s) will be delivered via email used during the booking process, within 24 hours prior to the activity.
- All guests must undergo airport-style security. During high season the wait may be up to 2 hours.
- Wear clothing that covers at least the shoulders and knees, if your clothing does not comply with the rules, you may be denied entry
- Some parts might not be accessible & are subject to unexpected closures until further notice due site’s restrictions
- The St. Peter's Dome might not be accessible during bad weather conditions
- Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your selected entrance time *(as suggested by the Basilica)*, to allow for the necessary security check at the attraction.
- Our staff will be meeting you holding a “Loving Rome” flag and will be stationed at the “black tables” of Caffè Leonina *(front row)*, situated beyond the white tables of the kiosk.
- The meeting point is near the arches, where the square meets via di Porta Angelica. It is located at the corner of the square, on the left-hand side.
- You will be directed by our staff to proceed directly to the reserved entrance line to reach the “Ticket Check Gazebo”
- Entry Ticket(s) will be delivered via email used during the booking process, within 24 hours prior to the activity.
- Please note that this reservation does NOT include a person to escort you at the entrance.
- All guests must undergo airport-style security. During high season the wait may be up to 2 hours.
- Late arrivals will neither be accommodated nor refunded.
