Sometimes, due to natural disasters or unusual weather conditions, the tour may be canceled.
Regarding Ken & Mary Tree or Seven Star Tree, the guide will arrange to visit one of these spots on the day, depending on the situation.
Due to transportation issues or severe weather such as snowstorms, it may not be possible to visit the Seven Stars Tree, Ken & Mary Tree.
When using the minibus or hiace tours, the sightseeing driver will provide the commentary instead of a guide.
Asahiyama Zoo will be closed from December 30, 2025, to January 1, 2026.
