Start with a rustic cooking class, learning the art of Lao cooking over an open fire, just as it was traditionally done. Settle into your accommodation for the night under a ‘carbet’, a bamboo structure with a roof made entirely from forest materials.
The next morning, we'll rekindle the fire ready to prepare breakfast using the ingredients you chose the previous day. After breakfast, we will pack up our camp, leaving nothing but the natural forest and footsteps behind.
