Women:
Top: Fitted top.
Bottoms: Skirt, leggings, or fitted pants.
Footwear: Dance shoes or flats with a non-slip sole.
Men:

Bottoms: Slacks or comfortable jeans.
Footwear: Leather-soled or dress shoes.
