The Manaslu Circuit + Base Camp Trek is a remote and less-crowded Himalayan adventure that circles the majestic Mt. Manaslu (8,163m). This trek offers dramatic mountain views, rich Tibetan-influenced culture, and diverse landscapes—from subtropical forests to high alpine terrain. A highlight is the hike to Manaslu Base Camp and the thrilling crossing of Larkya La Pass (5,160m), one of the highest and most scenic passes in Nepal.

Itinerary:
Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola (710m)
Drive duration: 8–9 hours
Scenic drive through hills, rivers, and countryside.
Overnight in Soti Khola.

Day 2: Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola (900m)
Trek duration: 6–7 hours
Trek through forests, waterfalls, and Gurung villages.
Overnight in Machha Khola.

Day 3: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1,340m)
Trek duration: 6–7 hours
Cross suspension bridges and pass through terraced hills.
Overnight in Jagat.

Day 4: Trek from Jagat to Deng (1,860m)
Trek duration: 6 hours
Enter the restricted Manaslu region; encounter waterfalls and villages.
Overnight in Deng.

Day 5: Trek from Deng to Namrung (2,630m)
Trek duration: 6–7 hours
Pass through lush forests and Buddhist mani walls.

Day 6: Trek from Namrung to Samagaon (3,530m)

Day 8: Trek from Samagaon to Samdo (3,860m)
Trek duration: 4–5 hours
Cross yak pastures and high alpine terrain.

Day 9: Trek from Samdo to Dharmashala (4,460m)

Short but steep trek in preparation for the pass crossing.
Overnight in Dharmashala (also called Larke Phedi).

Day 10: Cross Larkya La Pass (5,160m) and Trek to Bimtang (3,590m)

Descend to Bimtang for rest.

Day 11: Trek from Bimtang to Dharapani (1,960m)

Descend through rhododendron forests and villages.
Overnight in Dharapani.

Day 12: Drive from Dharapani to Kathmandu
Drive duration: 8–9 hours via Besisahar.
Enjoy the change in landscape as you head back to the capital.

Day 13: Departure from Kathmandu
Final day in Nepal.
