Day 01: Arrival in Lhasa
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our friendly guide and driver at the airport or train station. After a one-hour drive (70 km), you'll check into a comfortable hotel in Lhasa to rest and acclimatize to the altitude of 3,650 meters.
Day 02: Lhasa City Tour
Explore the unique temples of Sera Monastery and Drepung Monastery, where you'll witness debates among monks as they study Buddhist teachings. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a traditional Tibetan restaurant.
Day 03: Lhasa City Tour
Visit the grand Potala Palace, the former residence of the Dalai Lama, and Jokhang Temple, considered the most sacred site by Tibetans. Stroll through Barkhor Street, experiencing the spiritual heart of the city.
Day 04: Lhasa to Shigatse
Drive approximately 7-8 hours (340 km) to Shigatse, stopping at the breathtaking Yamdrok Lake and Karola Glacier en route. Enjoy a homestyle lunch in a village.
Day 05: Shigatse to Everest Base Camp
Visit Tashilhunpo Monastery before a 6.5-hour drive (330 km) to Everest Base Camp (EBC). Enjoy stunning views along the way, arriving in time to witness a breathtaking sunset at EBC.
Day 06: Everest Base Camp to Saga
Enjoy sunrise views from EBC, visit Rongbuck Monastery, and then travel to Saga, witnessing Shishapangma Mountain and beautiful Peku Co Lake.
Day 07: Saga to Tarchen
Cross the Himalayas and Gangdise Mountains, enjoying stunning landscapes. Arrive in Tarchen, the starting point for the pilgrimage to Mount Kailash.
Day 08: Tarchen to Tholing Monastery and Guge Kingdom
Explore Tholing Monastery with exquisite murals and the ancient ruins of the Guge Kingdom, which flourished for 700 years before mysteriously vanishing.
Day 09: Tarchen to Zanda
Visit more archaeological sites like the East Tag Site and Zanda Buried Temple. Return to Tarchen for a night.
Day 10-12: Kora around Mount Kailash
Commence the circuit around Mount Kailash, an important pilgrimage site. Over three days, hike various challenging terrains, witness breathtaking views, and experience the spiritual atmosphere.
Day 13: Tarchen to Saga
Drive back to Saga, enjoying views of grasslands and lakes along the way.
Day 14: Saga to Jilong Valley

Day 15: Jilong to Dingri
