Discover the beautiful Ballestas Islands and explore the magnificent Paracas National Reserve on this day trip from Ica.
Between 6 and 7 am, we will pick you up in Ica and depart for the El Chaco pier in Paracas.
Once we arrive at this boarding point, we will embark on a boat tour of the Ballestas Islands. As we sail through this area of the Pacific Ocean, we will pass iconic places such as the famous Candelabro, an enigmatic geoglyph that is almost 560 feet (170 meters) long.
During the journey, which will last approximately two hours, we will also observe a wide variety of native fauna such as Inca terns, boobies, seagulls, pelicans, red-footed cormorants and vultures. We will also be able to see Humboldt penguins and sea lions!
We will finish the trip by returning to the El Chaco pier, where you will have free time to have breakfast or take a walk. Then we will head to the Paracas National Reserve, where we will visit the viewpoints of La Catedral, Punta Santa María and Playa Roja. We will also make a stop at Playa Lagunilla, where you can have lunch on your own, and at Playa La Mina.
Finally at 4:30 pm we will arrive back in Ica.
