We will prepare:
Ceviche: Small pieces of fresh fish marinated in lime juice, accompanied by tender onions, cilantro, cooked sweet potatoes and corn, with or without hot peppers, according to preference.
Pisco Sour: One of Peru's most emblematic cocktails. Its base is Pisco (a type of brandy), and its main ingredients are lemon juice, egg white and sugar syrup.
