Your experience begins with private pickup from your hotel in San Isidro or Miraflores. Meet your guide and start your journey through Lima, discovering how the modern city grew around centuries of history.

Begin at Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca ceremonial complex in the heart of modern Miraflores. As you walk among the ancient structures, your guide encourages you to look closely at the walls, plazas, and archaeological details while sharing stories about the people who lived here and the ceremonies that took place at the site. Take your time to observe, ask questions, and imagine what this part of Lima was like long before the modern city existed.

Continue to Lima’s Historic Center and walk through its historic streets and main squares. See the Basilica Cathedral, Government Palace, Municipal Palace, and Archbishop’s Palace while your guide connects the architecture with stories about colonial Lima, local traditions, and the people who shaped the city.

Your experience then continues at the Church and Convent of San Francisco. Enter this historic complex and descend into its famous underground Catacombs. As you explore, your guide explains what these spaces were used for and shares stories that help you understand the traditions and customs surrounding them. Look at the historic details around you and take the opportunity to ask your guide about the places and stories that spark your curiosity.

Then comes one of the most interactive moments of the experience: a pisco sour tasting and demonstration. Instead of simply being served a drink, you will see how Peru’s signature cocktail comes together. Your guide introduces the ingredients, explains their role, and demonstrates the preparation while you watch the cocktail take shape. After the experience, board your private transportation and return to your hotel. Morning departures finish at approximately 1:00 PM, while afternoon departures are available from 2:00 PM.
