This tour is for people who don't like touristy stuff. The Uros Island we offer is located 12 kilometers from downtown Puno and is on Lake Titicaca.
Come and enjoy visiting the non-touristy Uros Islands on a small private boat. You'll have the chance to see their floating islands and Aymara culture.
1. 9:00 am Pick-up from your hotels in downtown Puno.
2. 9:20 am: The tour starts with a boat ride to the Uros Islands, Titino Lago Mayor.
3. Around 10:00 a.m., you'll arrive at one of the floating islands.
10:20 am: We'll explain the history of the Uros and how the islands are built.
11:00 am Traditional boat ride and demonstration of their activities.
12:00 pm: Head back to Puno from Uros.
Approximately 12:30 pm, you'll arrive back at your hotel.
