4 Day Rwanda Gorilla Trekking & Dian Fossey Tomb

This 4 Day tour is one of the most wildlife activities on the Earth, it will take you to Volcanoes national park to observe gorillas, playful primates golden monkey, Visit Dian Fossey tomb & others.
Day 1: Kigali City Tour and Transfer to Volcanoes National park

On Arrival at Airport/hotel you will be received by your driver guide, you will start with kigali city tour, where you will visit Kigali Genocide memorial site, Local Markets, Hand crafts and others. Later have lunch and drive to Volcanoes national park for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park.

Early morning at 6:30 am, after your breakfast you will take drive to the park office for briefing about gorilla trekking. later procced the starting point passing through local community, trekking takes 1 to 5 hours depending on the Gorillas movement, then you will have an hour for observing these gorillas and taking several photos & videos. thereafter you will return back to the Hotel and optional you can visit the Gorilla Guardian village where you will learn more about Rwandan Culture and Heritage. later have Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Golden Monkey tracking in Volcanoes National Park.

Early morning, you will take drive to the park office for briefing at the part headquarters before going for the Golden monkey trekking. later proceed to the starting point passing through local community, Golden Monkey Trekking may take 1-4 hours depending on their movements you will enjoy these playful primates golden monkeys with taking several photos and videos. thereafter you will return back to your Lodge. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Dian Fossey Tomb Visit hand transfers back to Kigali

This day, in the morning you driver-guide will transfer you to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters for registration and briefing before start hiking to Dian Fossey grave.

At the site you will find the house from where Dian Fossey was mysteriously murdered in 1985 but the more peaceful is the place where she was buried just next to her favorite gorilla friend, Digit and about 20 other mountain gorillas either killed by poachers or suffered death for other reasons.

After this experience, enjoy lunch and later drive back to Kigali.
