Start your day early in the morning with a pickup from your hotel in Kigali. Drive to the border and complete the border procedures. Head directly to Mgahinga National Park or Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for check-in and start tracking at around 08:30 AM Uganda time.
This one-day short gorilla trekking tour package to Bwindi or Mgahinga forests is designed for visitors who may not have enough time to spare but wish to track gorillas in one day before heading for work or a meeting/workshop. The package is therefore designed for those who are already in Kisoro or Kabale.
Visit a part hosting half of the remaining population of Mountain gorillas. The rest are found in Uganda's Mgahinga National Park, Rwanda’s volcanoes national park, and DR Congo’s Virunga National Park. After tracking the gorillas, return to Kigali.
