[Imjingak Peace Park]
Imjingak Peace Park is the first gateway to the DMZ. It’s a place that can change your perspective on the Korean War, with historical relics full of stories and inspiration. See the Freedom Bridge, where around 13,000 refugees crossed to seek freedom, Mangbaedan for North Korean defectors, and the Jangdan Station steam locomotive used to transport war supplies.

[The 3rd Tunnel]
The Third Tunnel is very famous, stretching 1,635 meters long, 2 meters wide, and 2 meters high. It was built by North Korea as a secret route to invade South Korea. The tunnel is large enough for about a military division to pass through at once, and it could also transport weapons and ammunition. Remarkably, North Korean soldiers dug it using only small tools and dynamite. It was discovered in the 1970s by North Korean defectors.

[Dora Observatory]
Dorasan Observatory lets you get a glimpse of one of the world's most isolated countries. From this mountaintop observatory, you can observe North Korea’s unique lifestyle and landscapes. On a clear day, visitors can see the Kaesong Industrial Complex, fake village near the North Korean flagpole, statues of North Korean leaders, and buildings in the Joint Security Area.

[Unification Village]
The Unification Village is the final stop on the DMZ Tour. Established in the 1970s with government support, it was originally created for international propaganda purposes. Its design was inspired by the Israeli city of Kibbutz. Today, the village is home to around 400 residents, most of whom work in agriculture.

[Hongje Waterfalls]
Hongje Waterfalls was born in the 2000s with the development of the Seoul Metropolitan Government. Throughout the year, visitors can watch waterfalls that flow from cliffs. In spring, especially, enjoy the beautiful cherry blossom path alongside the waterfall, a perfect spot to experience together.

[Eunpyeong Hanok Village]
Eunpyeong Hanok Village, built in 2014 in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, offers a beautiful blend of traditional hanok houses and the scenic Bukhansan Mountain. If you’re interested in Korean Buddhism, be sure to visit the nearby Jingwansa Temple.

[Red Suspension Bridge]
Now it’s time to take in the Gamaksan Red Suspension Bridge. Opened in 2016, the 150-meter-long bridge is built to withstand strong earthquakes and winds. Also known as the Gloucester Heroes Bridge, it honors the British soldiers who gave their lives here during the Korean War.

[Majang Lake Bridge]
Majang Lake is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and has a 220-meter-long suspension bridge, There’s also a dedicated photo zone. If you want to escape the city and enjoy South Korea’s nature, charming cafes, and pleasant walking paths, Majang Lake is the perfect choice.
