Guided tour of cheese La Antigua de Fuentesaúco, where to experience the cheese processing process
Welcome to a unique experience to know the cheese project La Antigua one through which to discover every detail about the elaboration of sheep cheese. In a guided tour of our facilities that will allow you to see how milk evolves to become cheese.

You will start the visit in the first room of the process: milk storage and will see every step to make our traditional cheese, after the guided tour you can taste two references of our best cheeses, together with a proposal of wine pairing created by our team of sensory experiences.
