Valid Ticket Required: All guests must carry a valid ticket.
Date & Time Specific: Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at booking.

Booking Criteria: Minimum 2 pax required for booking. German tours operate Friday only.
Photography: Photography & videography permitted (personal use only; no flash or tripods).
Holiday Notice: Longer queues expected during UAE National Day, Eid, and New Year holidays. Government holidays may affect museum entry.
Dress Code: Dress code applies for mosque entry: long sleeves, full-length trousers/skirts, and women must cover head with a scarf.
Operational Notice: Religious holidays may restrict entry to Grand Mosque. Some markets may close during national holidays. Available daily except during extreme weather conditions & public holidays (operator confirmation required).
Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Abu Dhabi City. Pickup will typically occur 1.5 to 2 hours before your time slot. Exact timing will be confirmed via WhatsApp. Please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup. Eating, drinking, and smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) are strictly prohibited inside the transfer vehicle. These conditions are part of our service policy for all tours with transfer services.
