- After booking, an electronic ticket QR code will be sent through the booking communication channel. The GetYourGuide booking voucher by itself may not be accepted for direct entry.
- On arrival, scan the supplied electronic ticket QR code at the attraction’s self-service ticket machine to collect or activate the admission ticket. Follow the instructions shown on the machine and keep the issued ticket until the visit is complete.
- Wear comfortable, non-slip shoes. Glass surfaces and mountain paths may be slippery in wet weather.
- Visitors with vertigo, a serious fear of heights, heart conditions, or other relevant health concerns should carefully consider whether the glass and suspension bridge sections are suitable.
- Children must remain under adult supervision. Current child, senior, height, health, and free-admission rules are determined by the attraction and may require proof of age.
- This is a self-guided admission product. A live guide is not included.
Go directly to the main visitor entrance. Find the self-service ticket machines near the ticketing or entrance area. Scan the electronic ticket QR code supplied after booking, collect or activate your admission ticket, and proceed to the entrance checkpoint. Please arrive before the selected admission time and allow extra time for ticket exchange during weekends and public holidays. No representative will be waiting at the entrance.
