Begin your adventure by departing from downtown Bariloche and traveling along Ezequiel Bustillo Avenue, following the shores of the magnificent Nahuel Huapi Lake. The approximately 60-kilometer route offers an unforgettable combination of mountains, lakes, forests, and classic Patagonian scenery.

The first stop is Cerro Campanario, where you may optionally take the chairlift to its 1,050-meter summit. From the top, admire a breathtaking 360-degree panorama that National Geographic has ranked among the eight best views in the world.

Continue to the picturesque San Eduardo Chapel, an architectural gem surrounded by nature. Pass the iconic Llao Llao Hotel, its golf course, and the surrounding natural reserve, with beautiful views of Puerto Pañuelo.

Enter the native forests of the Llao Llao Municipal Nature Reserve and enjoy two easy guided walks lasting approximately 45 minutes. These low-difficulty hikes offer the opportunity to experience the peaceful Patagonian forest up close.

Continue to Bahía López for magnificent views of Mount López and Mount Goye. The journey then reaches Punto Panorámico, one of the region’s most iconic viewpoints, overlooking its lakes, mountains, and forests.

Complete the experience with a visit to Colonia Suiza, a picturesque mountain village located approximately 25 kilometers from Bariloche at the foot of Mount López. Known for its history, traditional atmosphere, regional food, and artisan market, Colonia Suiza is one of the area’s most charming destinations.

Enjoy approximately two hours of free time to explore the village, purchase lunch, browse local crafts, or sample regional products. Finally, return to downtown Bariloche along Bustillo Avenue, completing a memorable excursion filled with history, remarkable landscapes, and the authentic spirit of Patagonia.
