Descrizione

Explore Hanoi over two separate days: discover Quang Phu Cau Incense Village, Chuong and Ha Thai craft villages on Day 1, then explore hidden streets, landmarks and Train Street by Jeep on Day 2.
Full Description

Experience two different sides of Hanoi with two separate guided tours on two consecutive days. Day 1 takes you into the countryside to discover traditional craft villages, while Day 2 explores the capital by open-air Jeep. You will return to Hanoi after Day 1 and be picked up again on Day 2. Overnight accommodation is not included.

Day 1 – Traditional Craft Villages

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter at approximately 7:45–8:15 AM before traveling to Quang Phu Cau Incense Village.
Visit an incense workshop to learn how incense is made and why it is important in Vietnamese culture and worship. Continue to the incense-drying area, where colorful bundles are arranged across the village, creating a memorable setting for photos.
Next, travel to Chuong Village, famous for making traditional Vietnamese conical hats for more than 300 years. Walk through the local area and visit the home of an artisan. Learn about the hat-making process and decorate your own Nón Lá. While you work, your host prepares a home-cooked Vietnamese lunch.
After lunch, continue to Ha Thai Village, known for its lacquer craft for more than 400 years. Meet a local artisan, learn about traditional lacquer techniques and try the crafting process under guidance. You will also have time to walk around the village and see local workshops.
At around 3:30 PM, begin the drive back to Hanoi. On the way, the tour may stop at an export-surplus clothing shop. Arrive back at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter at approximately 5:00 PM.
Day 1 ends in Hanoi. You will return to your own accommodation and have the evening free.

Day 2 – Hanoi Jeep City Experience

On the following day, you will be picked up again from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter for a separate 4.5-hour Jeep tour.
Meet your guide and professional driver, receive a short safety briefing, and begin exploring Hanoi by Jeep.
Start near the Hanoi Opera House before heading through narrow alleys, backstreets, local homes and markets to experience everyday life beyond the main tourist areas.
Continue past the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum area and along Thanh Nien Street between West Lake and Truc Bach Lake. Then head to Banana Island, a rural pocket close to the city center, where you can see local farms and, when available, enjoy tropical fruit and homemade green tea.
Continue through neighborhoods around West Lake and Truc Bach Lake and visit Van Nien Pagoda. Ride along Hoang Hoa Tham Street, known for flowers and bonsai, before exploring more hidden alleys and stopping around the B52 Memorial area.
Finish at Hanoi Train Street, famous for its railway tracks running between old houses, cafés and local businesses. A meal is included according to your selected departure time.
After approximately 4.5 hours, return to your hotel or the designated drop-off point.
This two-day experience consists of two separate tours. The guide, driver, vehicle and group members may be different each day.
