Your journey begins with a scenic drive through the Neretva Canyon, one of the most beautiful routes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Along the way, your local guide will share stories about the region, its people and the traditions that make Herzegovina so unique.

The first stop is Konjic, a small riverside town surrounded by mountains. Walk through the old centre and admire its elegant Ottoman bridge, reflected in the clear green waters of the Neretva. It is a peaceful introduction to the day and a perfect first taste of Herzegovina.

From Konjic, continue toward Kravice Waterfalls, one of the region’s most impressive natural sights. Here the Trebižat River drops into a wide natural amphitheatre of waterfalls surrounded by greenery. Enjoy free time to walk around, take photos, relax by the water and, during the warmer months, soak up the lively summer atmosphere.

Next, travel to Počitelj, a beautifully preserved stone village climbing the hillside above the Neretva Valley. Wander through narrow lanes, discover traditional Ottoman architecture and enjoy panoramic views from this historic settlement. Počitelj feels almost frozen in time and is one of the most atmospheric stops of the day.

The journey then continues to Blagaj, where the Buna River emerges from beneath a huge limestone cliff. Visit the famous Blagaj Tekke, a centuries-old Dervish house set beside the spring, and enjoy the peaceful combination of water, rock and Ottoman architecture that makes this place so special.

The final and longest stop is Mostar, the heart of Herzegovina. Join your guide for a walk through the Old Town, explore the traditional bazaar and hear the stories behind the iconic Old Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most recognizable landmarks in the Balkans.

At the end of the day, relax on the drive back to Sarajevo, or choose to finish your journey in Mostar if arranged in advance.
