Meet your licensed local guide at Orlando's Column, the symbolic heart of Dubrovnik's Old Town, and begin your culinary journey through one of the most beautiful medieval cities in the world.

Your first stops take you past St. Blaise Church, the Rector's Palace, and Dubrovnik Cathedral, before arriving at Ivan Gundulić Square, where the city's traditional Green Market sets the scene for your first food tastings.

Try arancini and broštulane mendule, two of Dubrovnik's most beloved traditional sweets, followed by a tasting of award-winning Croatian olive oils at one of the city's finest specialty stores.

Continuing through the Old Town, take a break in the shade at a traditional bar with a carefully selected spread of local cured meats and cheese, paired with a glass of Croatian wine.
