Here, at the S. Lucia Quay, you will be welcomed by our family, who have been plying these waters with passion and dedication since the early 1900s. After a warm welcome, you will board one of our traditional boats, such as the “Amooore” or the “Donna Concetta,” which are ready to offer you a view of the city that only the sea can provide.
You will sail just a few meters from the majestic Castel dell’Ovo, listening to the stories and legends surrounding the ancient fortress and the islet of Megaride. The tour continues along the elegant hill of Posillipo, where, from below, you can admire the magnificent aristocratic villas, the Roman grottoes, and the historic palaces that overlook the water, such as the famous Palazzo Donn’Anna. If you choose the longer itinerary, we will travel together to the Gaiola Marine Protected Area, a natural paradise where the blue of the sea meets the remains of ancient sunken villas.
During the cruise, you can relax, lulled by the waves, and enjoy the breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius framing the Gulf, while sipping the fresh water provided on board. You will find us in the historic Borgo Marinari, on the Santa Lucia quay, right at the foot of Castel dell’Ovo. Once you enter the village, walk along the main quay towards the sea. Our staff will be waiting for you in front of the traditional wooden boats known as “Amooore” or “Donna Concetta.”
