Granada Excursion: Albayzín and Sacromonte Tour from Estepona and Marbella

Put on some good sneakers to walk comfortably, and discover the most beautiful corners of this city, in just one day.
We will start our guided visit of the Albayzin and Sacromonte at the San Cristobal viewpoint, where we will meet our official tour guide, who will show us the secrets of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods of Granada.
We will get lost in this labyrinth of cobblestone streets, Cármenes, cisterns, and viewpoints that will delight us with wonderful views of the Alhambra. Our first stop will be at the Plaza de San Bartolomé, from where we will go down the beautiful Agua del Albayzín street, which will take us to the heart of the neighborhood, the always lively Plaza Larga. From here, we will go through the Arco de las Pesas, which will lead us to the emblematic Mirador de San Nicolas, a must-see place to listen to flamenco street musicians while enjoying breathtaking views of the Alhambra and the city of Granada, crowned with Sierra Nevada. After taking the necessary photos, we will continue our walk towards the Church of El Salvador, on our way to the Sacromonte neighborhood, known worldwide for its caves, the essence of the gypsy life and the Granada zambra. Flamenco in its purest form! Throughout the tour we will show you the charms of this neighborhood, its essence and, of course, some of its most beautiful viewpoints. We will pass by the Amapola fountain, from where we will enjoy a view of the Sacromonte neighborhood, with its cave houses, and a beautiful panoramic view of the Alhambra. We will continue the visit going down the slope of Chapiz towards the beautiful Paseo de los Tristes. As the song said... the stars Alhambran us as we pass... we will walk under the majesty of the Alhambra, on the banks of the Darro River. We will see the Church of San Juan de los Reyes to finish our tour in the Church of Santa Ana.
Once our visit is over, we will have 3 hours of free time, during which we will be able to visit the center of Granada and enjoy its typical tapas to regain strength. At 4 pm our bus will be waiting for us to take us back to the Costa del Sol, but surely, as the poet said, we will all leave a little piece of our heart in Granada.
