Dress warmly in layers (a top wind/ waterproof layer and a mid fleece or warm layer)
Wear sunglasses to protect against the glare from the snow
To ensure safe weight distribution, we require accurate guest weights at booking. Seating is assigned based on FAA-approved guidelines, and weights are confirmed at check-in by weighing you at the time.
Guests 250 lbs or more must pay a $150 comfort surcharge at check in or prior
The per seat weight limit is 300lb. This is an FAA regulation and not flexible, guests over that weight with clothes and gear will be unable to fly with us. We do weigh everything that goes in the helicopter prior to departure.
Inaccurate weights that prevent a guest from flying are non-refundable.
Weather conditions may affect the tour. We highly recommend booking early into your stay in Seward to allow for flexibility with weather
We are the second building as you drive down airport road, it is blue. There is free parking to the front and side of the building.
