This guided evening cruise takes you by small boat into the heart of that experience. As the last light fades from the sky, the fireflies begin to gather — first in scattered clusters, then in dense, glowing constellations across the mangrove canopy on both sides of the river.

The River Cruise
Aboard a small, quiet boat, you glide slowly through the mangrove corridor in near-total darkness. The absence of city light makes the firefly display all the more striking. After the cruise, you return to Puerto Princesa City with your guide. This tour is best experienced with no flash photography — the darkness is what makes the fireflies visible, and your guide will show you how to observe without disturbing them.
