Depending on the season and weather, spot Camargue horses in semi-liberty, moving in small family groups in the wet meadows. Witness a spectacular avifauna, including purple herons, little egrets, white spoonbills, storks, European bee-eaters, terns, black-winged stilts, and avocets. Keep an eye out for raptors like the marsh harrier or black kite, and, with a bit of luck, discreet mammals like foxes.
