• The minimum height is 1.50 meters (5.02 feet) and weight limit of 130kg (286 lbs). The safety of everyone is apriority, so if you don't meet these requirements and an accident occurs, no refund shall be given
• A carry on can be brought along, but only if requested in advance
• Please let the activity provider know your exact height for the e-bike rental
• Wear closed shoes for the cobblestone streets in Saint-Emilion and warm clothing for the cellars where the temperature is around 59°F (15°C).
• The tour is in English
• Unfortunately Saint Emilion village is not wheelchair accessible. Please contact us for alternatives.
• We unfortunately do not accept kids under 12
• The minimum number of persons for this tour is 2.
•Please note that if the minimum number of participants (2 people) is not reached, or due to bad weather condition the tour is subject to rescheduling or cancellation. You will receive a full refund in the case of such unforeseen events.
Meet your guide in front of the Bordeaux Tourist Office, 12 Cr du 30 juillet, 33 000 Bordeaux. (Tram B or C: Quinconces). All tours leave precisely at the scheduled departure time, as we have appointments with the wineries. The tour guide will leave without you if you are late.
