Corfu Port: Palaiokastritsa- Kanoni-Corfu Town Private Tour

Our tour begins in the most visited of the island’s religious sites the Monastery of the Holy Theotokos also known as Palaiokastritsa Monastery. The monastery is one of the oldest in Corfu built in 1225 is a step in History. Set on the top of the cape the view from the Monastery is breathtaking. Approximately we stay for 45min.
After the Monastery we continue our tour and we arrive at Kanoni the most famous and photographed area of Corfu, we stop at the church of Vlaherena where a narrow 300m passageway connects the island with the church. Constructed in the 17th century, this lovely chapel has an impressive wooden-carved iconostasis and beautiful frescoes inside. The roof has red tiles and above the gate entrance appears a tall bell tower. From the church of Vlaherena you have the best view of the famous mouse Island. Approximately we stay for 30min.
As we leave the Church of Vlaherena and go up the hill we will go a photo stop on the top of Kanoni to get the best possible photo of the famous Mouse Island.

After only 10min drive we arrive at the Historic center of Corfu Town, here you can find yourself walk through history. In the city center you will find the Old Fortress, the Palace of St. George, the famous Liston and Spianada square, in Corfu town you have 1h free time.
After Corfu town our tour is over and we return back.
