Start your journey with a short, scenic drive to Kourtaliotiko Gorge, one of Crete’s most stunning natural wonders. Take a light walk/easy hike down to the gorge, where waterfalls crash into emerald pools, a rare and magical sight. If you're feeling adventurous, take a refreshing swim in the cool mountain waters (It depends on the weather conditions and the permit issued by the municipal authority).

Then, head further south to Ammoudi Beach, a quiet, untouched spot along the Libyan Sea. Choose to relax on the beach, or explore further with an easy coastal walk to Mikro Ammoudi, Klisidi, or even Damnoni Beach. Along the way, discover secluded coves and breathtaking views, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply enjoying the moment.

You’ll have time to grab a light meal at a local taverna by the sea (not included), before heading back early enough to enjoy the rest of your day. This tour is ideal for those who want to experience a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path Crete, led by locals who know every hidden gem.

**The route to the waterfalls requires an off-trail hike of approximately 25 minutes. There are also quite a few steps to descend and then climb back up, which requires a good level of physical fitness. It is not recommended for people with health problems.
