Please arrive at the meeting point at DOCK 4, 1137 Carl Lutz rkp. approximately 20 minutes before departure for check-in with your cruise host. Check in ends 10 minutes before departure.
The boat departs on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss the departure, you may be offered the option to join another cruise operated by the same company, subject to availability, by paying 70% of the original ticket price on site.
Alcoholic drinks are served only to guests aged 18 and above. Guests under 18 are welcome and can enjoy soft drinks.
Entry may be refused to guests who are visibly intoxicated. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Jumping into the water from the vessel is strictly prohibited.
Guests are required to follow the crew’s safety instructions throughout the cruise.
Restrooms and the bar close approximately 5 minutes before docking. Bar closes 10 minutes before docking.
