No-Show Policy: Late arrivals after 9:10 AM will be considered a no-show. In these cases, the boat may depart without you, and the booking is non-refundable.
Beach Landing: Accessing Flat Island requires a transfer from the catamaran to the shore. Guests should be comfortable stepping into shallow water.
Weather Conditions: This experience requires good weather. If the tour is canceled due to poor sea conditions, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
