- Each gondola holds up to 5 people; seats are assigned by the gondolier based on weight.
- The singer and musician will be on a central gondola; not every gondola has performers.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult; free under 2 years if not occupying a seat.
- Not fully accessible for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues.
