Escape the city for a full day of hiking and waterfalls, exploring 23 km of scenic trails at Parc régional des Chutes-Monte-à-Peine-et-des-Dalles, with transportation from Montreal.
Your adventure begins in Montreal with an 8:30 AM departure near Montreal Metro’s Radisson Station (Green Line), where you will board our comfortable mini-bus and meet your driver-guide for the day. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic drive as we leave the city behind and head toward the beautiful Lanaudière region.
Along the way, we’ll make a stop at Belvédère de la Montagne Coupée, a spectacular lookout offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forests—perfect for memorable photos and a breath of fresh air.
We then continue to Parc régional des Chutes-Monte-à-Peine-et-des-Dalles, arriving at the Saint-Jean-de-Matha entrance, where your self-guided hiking adventure begins. Spend the day exploring up to 23 km of scenic trails, suspension bridges, forest paths, and breathtaking waterfalls at your own pace. Be sure to bring your lunch, snacks, and a reusable water bottle to fully enjoy your outdoor experience.
At 5:00 PM, we meet back at the Saint-Jean-de-Matha entrance to begin our return journey. Relax after a day in nature as we head back to Montreal, with an expected arrival around 6:30 PM.
