Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into a traditional setting and served a selection of authentic Nepali starters, including Bhuteko Makai (Pot Baked Corn), Aloo Tareko (Potatoes Fried Nepali Style), and Momocha ( Meat Filled Dumplings), followed by Kwatti ko Surwa (Mixed Vegetables Soup). The main course features Sada Bhuja (Steamed White Rice), Jhaneko Mas Ko Dal (Split Black Lentils Flavoured With Jimmu), Khashi Ko Masu (Mutton Curry), Kukhura ko Mashu (Chicken Curry), and seasonal vegetables.
