Day 1: Kampala – Lake Mburo National Park

Your driver-guide will pick you up early morning from your hotel in Kampala or from Entebbe International Airport if arriving on a morning flight. Enjoy a scenic drive toward western Uganda with a stop at the Uganda Equator for photos, coffee, and a quick stretch.

Continue the journey to Lake Mburo National Park, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge. After lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive where you may spot zebras, impalas, giraffes, buffaloes, and several antelope species roaming the open savannah.

Later in the evening, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Mburo, where hippos, crocodiles, and many bird species can be seen along the shores. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive – Return to Kampala

Start your day with an early morning game drive in Lake Mburo National Park, the best time to see wildlife when animals are most active. Look out for zebras grazing in large groups, giraffes moving gracefully through acacia trees, and buffaloes wandering across the plains.

After the game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast before beginning the drive back to Kampala, arriving in the afternoon.
