Enjoy a day trip from Lima to explore Paracas and the Ballestas Islands, visit a vineyard for a pisco tasting, and experience the thrill of buggies and sandboarding on the stunning dunes of Huacachina
Departure from Lima:
The adventure begins very early with your pick-up from the meeting point in Lima. You will then depart in a comfortable, air-conditioned tourist vehicle heading south along the Pan-American Highway.
Breakfast Stop:
During the trip, there will be a brief stop at an artisanal bakery, where you will have free time to enjoy a hot breakfast before continuing your journey.
Ballestas Islands Tour:
Upon arrival in Paracas, you will go to the El Chaco pier to board a boat to the Ballestas Islands. During the tour, you will see the famous Paracas Candelabra, as well as sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and various guano birds.
Travel from Paracas to Ica:
After the boat excursion, you will continue to Ica by road, surrounded by desert landscapes and agricultural valleys characteristic of the region.
Lunch and Tasting:
In Ica, you will visit a winery where you will have free time for an optional lunch. You can also participate in a tasting of wines, piscos, and liqueurs, as well as purchase local products.
Visit to Huacachina:
Later, you will arrive at the Huacachina oasis, a beautiful place surrounded by dunes and palm trees, ideal for relaxing, walking, and taking photographs.
Buggies and Sandboarding:
Then you will experience one of the most exciting parts of the tour: a buggy ride through the dunes, followed by sandboarding.
Free Time and Return:
After the adventure, you will have some time to enjoy the oasis before beginning your return to Lima. Arrival will be in the evening, concluding a day full of scenery, fun, and adventure.
