of Santa Elena coffee, Nuna's main brand, and how we integrate it into our menu.
We believe in moments where coffee captivates and takes center stage. Each variety has a different personality and a special touch of aromas, notes, and flavors that give it a unique profile.
Join us for an experience where we will discuss a little bit of the history and processing
of Santa Elena coffee, Nuna's main brand, and how we integrate its profile into hot beverages using two extraction methods and in cold brew-based cocktails.
We will start with a brief explanation and introduction to coffee processing, then learn about the different types of extraction (espresso in an espresso machine; Americano in V60, cocktails with cold brew) and enjoy the drinks made together. Finally, we will taste a dessert also made with our coffee to round off the experience.
