Enjoy a welcome drink of Lillet Hugo Spritz, followed by an appetizer platter featuring squid rings in crispy tempura, chicken liver mousse with Tennessee whiskey, shrimp in corn tempura, beef tartare on toasted bread with truffle mayo, potato pancakes with baked salmon, avocado, and Philadelphia cheese, and a breadsticks baked with Parmesan.

Choose a main dish of beef cheeks braised in herbs with potato puree and beets in honey and wine or roasted salmon fillet in lemon sauce with mashed potatoes and romanesco cauliflower.
