Arrive 30 minutes early for check‑in and the safety briefing. Drivers must be 18+ with a valid government‑issued ID; passengers must be at least 8 years old. Max combined weight per jet ski is 320 lbs. All riders must complete the safety briefing before departure. Customers may cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Weather may affect operations; in cases of unsafe or severe weather, the activity may be postponed or canceled, and travelers are guaranteed a full refund. Minor weather delays or route adjustments may occur to ensure safety. Late arrivals may lose their reservation without a refund. Missed reservations may be rebooked for a fee, subject to same‑day or next‑day availability. Reckless driving may result in additional charges. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed. Operating hours: 10:00 AM–5:30 PM, 7 days a week.
