Sunset Yoga in Lagos from el Sol - Lifetsyle !
We are starting our class with a little walk to a more hidden spot at Praia de Porto Mós, surrounded with an amazing cliff and a view over the ocean. This is a nice way to get ready for our beautiful Yoga session watching the sunset over the beach. The class is a Hatha Yoga-based class that is open to all levels of practice, beginner to advanced. When the sun is setting, there is a magical feeling in the air, the light is changing and another small cycle closes after a busy day. This is the perfect time to practice and remind yourself of the journey of letting go. Come and join us and enjoy the wind in your hair, the sun on your face, the sound of the waves and the smell of the fresh ocean.

Class starts with a minimum of 3 participants.
Please meet me 5 minutes before the given time at the little square in front of Campi Mar restaurant at Porto de Mos. You will recognize me as I will bring the Yoga mats. In case we still don't find each other, please call me or drop me a whatsapp message.

Quando dovrei prenotare?
Per garantire la disponibilità, prenota il prima possibile. La prenotazione anticipata è consigliata soprattutto se stai pianificando il viaggio durante l'alta stagione come le festività pubbliche o i fine settimana.
Cancellazioni
