Day 1: London

Meet your guide at St. Pancras Railway Station and begin with a complimentary one-hour London city walk, passing Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, Whitehall, St. James’s Park, Buckingham Palace, and the River Thames.

If time permits, you may choose to enjoy traditional British afternoon tea at your own expense. Afterwards, depart for Edinburgh. Overnight in Edinburgh or a nearby city.

Day 4: Edinburgh and Glasgow

Explore Edinburgh, beginning with Edinburgh Castle, followed by the Royal Mile, City Chambers, Holyrood Park, and the area near the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Continue to Calton Hill, where you may walk to the top for panoramic views of the city. Enjoy free time around noon before traveling to Glasgow. Overnight in Glasgow or a nearby city.

Day 5: Scottish Highlands

Travel from Glasgow to the Scottish Highlands and visit Glenfinnan Viaduct, one of the filming locations associated with the Hogwarts Express in the Harry Potter films. Continue to Fort Augustus at the southern end of Loch Ness. In the afternoon, pass through Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park before returning to Glasgow. Overnight in Glasgow or a nearby city.

Day 6: Glasgow, Gretna Green, Lake District, and Manchester

Depart Glasgow and make a brief stop at Gretna Green before continuing to the Lake District. At Lake Windermere, optional experiences include the old-fashioned steam train or the Peter Rabbit Museum. A Windermere Lake boat and train experience is also listed as an optional activity and is not included in the basic tour price. Continue to Manchester, where the itinerary visits Old Trafford Stadium and its official gift shop, followed by free time in the city. Overnight in Manchester or a nearby city.

Day 7: Stratford-upon-Avon, Bicester Village, and London

Travel to Stratford-upon-Avon, the hometown of William Shakespeare, and explore the town. Admission to Shakespeare’s Birthplace is not included. If you wish to enter, the document recommends booking your ticket in advance. Continue to Bicester Village for free time and shopping before returning to London in the early evening.
