Set off from Lausanne in a Mercedes V Class 2025 for a day of discovery in Gruyère: medieval city, castle, PDO cheese, and Cailler chocolate with a driver.
Gruyères is one of those destinations that instantly transports you to another era. A medieval village perched on its rocky peak, listed as one of the most beautiful tourist villages in the world, it is also the birthplace of PDO cheese that has spanned the centuries and conquered tables around the world.

From Lausanne, board a spacious, air-conditioned 2025 Mercedes V-Class for a journey that is already worth the trip: the shores of Lake Geneva gradually give way to the green hills of the Fribourg Prealps.
At the wheel is a local driver-guide, available in French and English, who will introduce you to his region.

The day begins at La Maison du Gruyère, where you will witness firsthand the secrets of making the famous AOP cheese: expertise passed down since the 15th century, right before your eyes.
