During the closure of Maya Bay, it is not allowed to visit the island. Instead, you can enjoy activities in the surrounding waters, Maya Bay will be temporarily closed for two months, from August 1 to September 30 every year.
The specific time schedule and snorkeling spots may be slightly adjusted due to weather or ocean current conditions.
Please keep a photo of each passport on your phone, each traveler must register with their passport at the reception.
The boat departs at 9:00 AM. Hotel pickup is between 7:00 - 8:30, depending on the distance from your hotel.
These areas are within our pickup range: Patong, Kata, Karon, Kamala, Chalong, Phuket Town, Koh Siray, Surin, and Bangtao. It depends on the actual situation, so you can also check with us before booking to see if your hotel is within the pickup range. If you're outside these areas, you'll need to make your own way to the pier.
