Your journey takes place in the dense canopy of Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park. During your walk in the ancient mahogany forest, look out for the Red Colobus monkey a creature that is only found on this planet in this park. Apart from that, you will also visit the Pete-Jozani Mangrove Boardwalk, which is a very peculiar place where the land and water meet; it is teaming with life especially with tropical birds and fiddler crabs that scuttle around.

Then, there comes the turn of visiting the Kizimkazi village where the Salaam Cave Aquarium is located. This is not an ordinary aquarium with glass-walled enclosures but it is a beautiful natural limestone.......turquoise water pool.

In this fantastic place, you will have the unique chance to go into the water and swim with the rehabilitated sea turtles. The resident turtles are the very calm and nice; they are being treated in the cave's secure setting. Each of you will get a piece of fresh seaweed for the feeding of the turtles, thus providing a really interactive and moral wildlife encounter. Furthermore, the cave's chilly and shaded environment is perfect for cooling down after your hiking trip in the forest.
