7:00 AM – Hotel pick-up

10:30 AM – Arrival at the harbor of Ghar El Melh

You will discover this small, authentic fishing harbor at the entrance to Lake Bizerte. During a quick break (coffee, rest room), your live guide prepares for boarding. The show of colorful boats and gulls already puts you in the seaside atmosphere.

10:45 AM – Boarding and boat trip

You board a local boat. The crossing takes approximately 20 minutes. You sail along wild coves, see fishermen at work, and the blue sea becomes more and more transparent as you approach the peninsula.

9:30 AM – Arrival at Flamingo Coucou Beach & setup

You set foot on a postcard-perfect white-sand beach. Our team welcomes you and guides you to your spot for the day: shaded huts on the sand, classic huts with your feet in the water, or VIP huts with a panoramic view. Hammocks, lounge chairs, a volleyball court, showers, and coat checks are available for free access all day.

11:00 to 13:00 – Free time: swimming, relaxing & taking photos

You have more than two hours to enjoy the site. The water is turquoise, warm, and shallow – perfect for swimming or just floating. You can order cold drinks, a shisha, or seafood at an additional cost (grilled shrimps, sautéed cuttlefish, seafood ojja). It is also the perfect time for photo sessions: carefully designed decor, bright colors, and swings and hammocks that are perfect for Instagram.

1:00 PM – Full lunch "with your feet in the water"

This is one of the highlights of the day. The meal begins with a trio of traditional salads: wood-fire grilled mechouia, green salad with fresh cheese, and cold salad. Then comes the main course: sea bream grilled over a wood fire, smoky and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. A portion of pasta or rice is also served. Each guest receives a grilled shrimp as a food tasting. Dessert consists of fresh seasonal fruit and a glass of mint green tea. A meat alternative (escalope) is available on request.

2:30 PM to 4:00 PM – Afternoon of digestion and relaxation

After this generous lunch, everyone goes back to their own space. Some return to the water, others doze in the hammocks. The atmosphere remains relaxed, sometimes enlivened by live music or beach games (volleyball, frisbee, board games) depending on the number of guests and the day's schedule. Hot showers are available before departure.

4:00 PM – Last boat & return to Ghar El Melh

The boat is waiting for you for the return trip. We usually board around 4:00–4:30 PM to leave.

5:30 PM to 7:30 PM – Return transport to your hotel
