Continue to the Appenzeller Schaukäserei (cheese dairy) for a traditional cheese experience and discover the secrets of Appenzeller cheese (no live production). Enjoy a unique, self-guided excursion that will stimulate your five senses.
Then explore the charming village of Appenzell, known for its colorful houses, frescoed façades, and welcoming cafés. Visit Landsgemeindeplatz, the historic open-air assembly square, and take in views of the beautiful Appenzell Alps.
Please note: Shops in Appenzell are closed on Sundays, but the village remains perfect for sightseeing and photos.

Please note the tour is divided in 2 parts: Rhine fall is a morning half day, chocolate and cheese afternoon half day. The tour comes back to Zurich after visiting the Rhine Falls before going to the chocolate factory
Please note the shops are close on sunday in the city of Appenzell but you can take beautiful picture.
