Victoria Falls & Chobe: 4-Day Safari with Lodging

Explore Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park on a 4-day safari. Enjoy a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, a cultural evening with traditional cuisine, and a boat safari in Chobe National Park.
Day 1: Gateway to the Falls – Zimbabwe

Arrive at Victoria Falls International Airport (VFA) where your guide will welcome you and transfer you to your comfortable 2-star lodge in Victoria Falls town.

Visit the famous Victoria Falls Baobab Tree, often called the “Big Tree.” This ancient giant has stood for more than 1,000 years and remains one of the most photographed landmarks in the region.

Enjoy a guided tour of Victoria Falls from the Zimbabwe side, walking through the rainforest and visiting several spectacular viewpoints overlooking the Main Falls.

Guests may enjoy dinner at the Lookout Café, dramatically positioned above the Batoka Gorge and Victoria Falls Bridge (dinner at own expense).

Day 2: Two Nations, One River – Zimbabwe & Zambia

After breakfast, guests may enjoy optional activities such as a scenic helicopter “Flight of Angels” over Victoria Falls, bungee jumping from the Victoria Falls Bridge, or zipline or gorge swing adventures.

Walk across the historic Victoria Falls Bridge, built in 1905, linking Zimbabwe and Zambia while offering breathtaking views of the gorge and waterfall.

Continue with a guided tour of the Zambian side of Victoria Falls (Mosi-oa-Tunya). During high water season you may experience the powerful spray while crossing the famous Knife Edge Bridge.

Lunch will be taken at one of Zambia’s riverside lodges overlooking the Zambezi River (own expense).

Return to Zimbabwe for a relaxing sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, where you may see hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife while enjoying the African sunset.

Tonight enjoy The Boma Dinner & Drum Show, one of Victoria Falls’ most famous cultural experiences featuring traditional cuisine, dancing, storytelling, and interactive drumming (included).

Day 3: Into the Land of Giants – Botswana

After breakfast, travel to Kasane in Botswana, the gateway to Chobe National Park.

Check into a comfortable 2-star lodge in Kasane town, conveniently located near Chobe National Park and the Chobe River.

At 15:00, depart for a sunset boat safari inside Chobe National Park. This safari offers excellent opportunities to see large herds of elephants, buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, and many bird species along the riverbanks.

Dinner at the lodge or a nearby restaurant (own expense).

Day 4: Morning Safari & Departure

Start the day with an early morning game drive in Chobe National Park (05:50 – 09:00). During the drive you may encounter wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, antelope, buffalo, and many bird species.

Return to the lodge for breakfast before check-out at 10:00.

Afterwards, transfer back to Victoria Falls Airport for your onward flight.
