Taste Valpantena wines choosing between two tasting options, Collezione Radicata or Collezione Terrena. Visit the cellar, walk through the vineyards, and enjoy local cured meats and cheeses.
Discover La Collina dei Ciliegi, a winery in Valpantena shaped by a deep connection to the land and the village of Erbin. Created from a vision that values time, care, and respect for nature, the estate offers a setting where vineyard landscapes, cellar spaces, and local wine traditions come together in a calm and elegant atmosphere.
Your experience begins with a short introduction to the estate and its philosophy, inspired by the natural rhythms of the seasons and the character of the surrounding territory. You’ll then visit the cellar to learn more about the winery’s approach to production before continuing with a walk through the vineyards, where you can take in the landscape that defines the wines you are about to taste.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting accompanied by a generous board of local cured meats and cheeses. Choose between two tasting options: Collezione Radicata, dedicated to the estate’s more classic expressions of the territory, or Collezione Terrena, another curated selection of Valpantena wines from La Collina dei Ciliegi. Each option offers a chance to select your preferred languange for the tour and explore the identity of the winery through its labels, flavors, and local pairings. The activity finishes at the estate after the tasting.
