The experience begins directly at Shekinah Beach Club, located in Mazatlán’s Golden Zone (Zona Dorada), one of the city’s most popular tourist areas. Guests must arrive on their own at the club’s main entrance.
Is there a specific landmark to look for?
Yes, upon arrival, you’ll easily recognize the entrance by the "Shekinah Beach Club" sign and the natural wood façade with palm details. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in.
How will customers recognize the guide?
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted at the reception area by staff wearing beige polo shirts with the Shekinah logo. They will provide orientation, grant access to the facilities, and inform you about the schedule for the included holistic activities.
