After some fun practice with dummy bottles, it's time for the highlight: the sabrage of a real bottle, followed by a tasting of the cuvée sabrée. An intimate, friendly, and accessible workshop, ideal for couples, friends, families, or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
Take home unique souvenirs and, for the lead participant, an official certificate and the sabered neck. An authentic immersion in the heart of Champagne heritage.

Adaptation of the venue according to your needs — By default, the sabrage workshop takes place in a Champagne cellar. However, if one or more members of your group cannot access the cellar, the workshop venue will be adapted and moved to an accessible space so that everyone can participate in the best possible conditions.
The meeting point is at Domaine de Vincine.
The address is 31 Rue des Berceaux in Epernay. The venue is located near Les Halles Saint Thibault and the pedestrian street.
To be more precise, you will arrive at a terrace on a street corner. Please wait in this square. I will come to collect you.
